Our storage facility is conveniently located next to our main office, which is situated in the heart of Cusco city. Specifically, you can find us at Plaza Regocijo, just a short distance from the iconic Plaza de Armas of Cusco.
Our Centrally Located Storage Facility in Cusco
- Our storage facility is strategically situated in the heart of Cusco, allowing you to easily drop off any excess luggage that you don’t need during your trip. You can bring the luggage you wish to store with us to our office during our regular operating hours, which are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm daily.
- Alternatively, you may also bring your luggage to our office just before your tour starts, as we make sure to keep our office open for each tour’s commencement and accommodate a brief stop to store luggage that some travelers prefer to leave behind.
- To retrieve your stored luggage, you can visit our office anytime between 8:30 am and 10:00 pm daily.
Special Care for Fragile and Valuable Items: Ensuring the Safekeeping of Your Belongings
- Should you wish to store fragile or valuable items with us, please inform us when you drop off your belongings. By doing so, we can ensure that we take extra precautions to protect your possessions. However, we advise against storing items such as cash, jewelry, or anything of significant value, as our facility primarily functions as a storage space and not a secured locker.
Convenient Delivery Service: Transporting Your Belongings to Cusco’s Outskirts and Beyond
- If you require a delivery service to transport your belongings from our warehouse to locations on the outskirts of Cusco, such as Ollantaytambo, Urubamba, Calca, or Pisac, we can gladly arrange for a delivery to your desired destination. To avail of this service, please inform us and provide the necessary details so that we can coordinate the logistics and calculate the delivery cost to your specified location
