According to the new regulations published today, visitors will now have a tolerance of up to 45 minutes from their scheduled entry time during the high season, an increase from the previously established 30 minutes for any season.<\/p>\n<p>This change addresses concerns raised by tour operators about the logistical challenges they face due to the high flow of tourists, especially during the busiest months. Culture and the National Service of Natural Protected Areas (SERNANP), with input from the Ministry of Tourism (MINCETUR).<\/p>\n<h4>Requirements for Hiking Trails 1-A, 1-D, 3-A, and 3-C:<\/h4>\n<p>Participation in these hikes is entirely voluntary and requires a good level of physical fitness. Hikers must also meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Age: Be at least 18 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to Entry Schedule: Respect the designated entry time for the chosen trail.<\/li>\n<li>Respecting Time Limits: Comply with the established time limits for both the duration of the hike and the departure time from the trail.
